My Experience

I Graduated from Coral Springs Charter with the Bright Futures Award

-I Passes 7 AICE level courses in order to achieve this

I currently attend UCF and am Pursuing a Health Science degree where I have taken several classes that required clinical research.

-I took Applied Research Methods where I did a Clinical Research trial on Alzheimer's Disease

- I took Health Sciences seminar where I did a clinical research project on Dialysis

I worked at Publix for a summer as a produce clerk, it was not a job that related to the career I'm pursuing but it was my first job and I learned a lot from it.

-I was expected to cut and prepare fruit, vegetables, and parfaits.

I worked at an Ob-Gyn office as a Medical Assistant where I learned what being an MA entailed, as well as sat in on procedures and got first hand experience in that specialty

-I was expected to clean exam rooms, work patients up, and take patient vitals

​

I currently work as a MA at an endocrinologist's office. This work and experience has led me to strive to achieve becoming a PA.

-I take patient vitals, I work patients up, I assist during biopsy's by operating the ultrasound machine.
